No revolution there. The only visible difference between iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S is night shots.
The iPhone 5 is a litle bit longer, much faster, has no accessories for lightning and Kyivstar nano SIM work.
Nano SIM is in Ukraine. At least nano SIM could be obtained in couple of Kyivstar customer centers. Not available as backup SIM yet. Only as a main (active) card.
iPhone 5 support 802.11 a/b/g/n/h. It has concurent dual band 2.4GHz/5GHz with 1:1/1:1 antennas. 40 MHz wide channels in 5 GHz band. And also uses Short Guard Interval.
